How to cook 10 chicken breast fillets at once
Fillets of 200g to 230g are on the larger side, so give them time. Roast at 200°C (180°C fan) for 25 to 30 minutes, or pan-fry over a medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes a side. When batch cooking, spread the fillets out on two trays rather than crowding one, so they roast instead of steam. They're done when the thickest part reaches 75°C and there's no pink in the middle. Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Delivery: Packed and delivered chilled in an insulated box, nationwide across the UK.
